Hiring Bangladeshi crew? TaviPay now handles single-legal-name (mononym) employees natively — common across construction. No more workarounds. Compliance files automatically use the correct surname format that FRCS, FNPF and FNU expect.
Issue an offer letter with a searchable manager picker. Route it through HR Manager and Payroll Approver. When approved, click Hire Candidate — the new-employee form pre-fills from the offer payload: name, email, department, start date, pay rate, and reporting line. HR reviews and saves.
