What is the launch promo and how long does it last?
Sign up before 1 August 2026 (our launch date) with a 12-month commitment and you get 25% off list price for your full 12 months. After 12 months your subscription moves to standard list pricing on a month-to-month basis — we’ll give you 30 days’ written notice before that happens. The launch discount is locked to your subscription, not your headcount, so it covers you as your team grows during that first year.
If I add my 26th employee, does my whole bill jump?
No. Pricing is incremental — every employee is priced in the band they fall in. Adding the 26th employee just adds the 11–50 rate (FJ$10.50 launch / FJ$14 list). No tier cliffs, no surprises on your invoice.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
No — all the prices shown exclude VAT. Fiji VAT of 12.5% is added at invoice. The example calculator above shows you both the ex-VAT and inc-VAT amounts.
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
The app is locked until you add a payment method. We don’t auto-charge a card you never gave us, and we don’t silently downgrade your account to a stripped-down free tier — you decide whether to subscribe.
Do I need the onboarding and migration services?
You can do it yourself — the product is built for self-onboarding, and migration is free with our CSV templates if you’re 10 employees or fewer. We offer paid services because for businesses with full payroll history, multiple departments, and YTD figures that need to reconcile against your last FNPF CS, having us do the migration saves you a quarter’s worth of grief. Onboarding and migration prices scale with company size, so a 5-person business isn’t paying enterprise rates.
Why do onboarding and migration cost more for larger companies?
Because there’s genuinely more work — more departments to configure, more approval workflows, more YTD payroll to reconcile, more roles to train, and tighter go-live windows. A 200-person company also typically needs on-site go-live support and multi-role training that a 5-person business doesn’t. We size the price to the actual work.
Is there a minimum contract?
Three options. Launch promo (25% off): 12-month commitment required — sign before 1 August 2026 and you’re locked in for the year. Standard month-to-month: cancel any time, no discount. Annual prepay (15% off): commits you for the year. Enterprise contracts (500+ employees) are typically 12-month with custom SLAs.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (BSP / ANZ / WBC), direct debit, or card via Stripe. Annual prepay is invoiced in advance; monthly is in arrears.
