Auto Employee ID

HRM mints the canonical Employee ID once the contract is signed. The Payroll engine subscribes via a contract.signed event — no manual handoff.

Policy acknowledgements

Code of conduct, leave policy, harassment policy, IT/security policy. Worker reads and signs each — version-tracked, timestamped, retained for 6 years.

Probation tracking
