Dual-approval pay rate changes

No one can quietly bump a pay rate. Changes are initiated by a payroll processor and approved live by a separate authorised user — every step attributed and timestamped. The new rate only takes effect after both signatures.

Immutable audit log

Every create, update and delete is timestamped, attributed to a user and IP, and stored for 6 years — exactly as ERA s.45 requires. Read-only for everyone, including admins. Filter by user, action type or date range.

Department & job cost tracking
